After discovering I had low iron I started a daily habit of drinking this tea and taking the Iron Maiden Tonic. Within two months my numbers were looking much healthier and as a family we are continuing to enjoy this tea. A teapotful with a spoonful of honey is a family affair as it is so yummy. And during the summer we have made some up and popped it in the fridge and enjoyed over ice. Even made icy poles which went down an absolute treat on the hot days. If you are a Mum, running on empty I would highly recommend introducing this into your day.
This tea is delicious! I have it warm at night & cold during the day. Will get my iron levels tested again in a few weeks so can update again after that. I have been feeling great though! :)
