Oatstraw (Avena sativa) – a nervine tonic herb, rich nutritionally, nourishes the nervous system, has anxiolytic actions, especially indicated for nervous fatigue and helpful for anxiety, insomnia and mild depression.

Panax Ginseng - a tonic and strengthening adaptogen herb, helpful for fatigue, physical stress and convalescence. Also indicated for chronic fatigue, post-viral syndromes and fibromyalgia.
