How to use:
Avoid using metal implements when making herbal teas. Where possible, use a wooden spoon, a glass or ceramic pot or jug, and a plastic or bamboo rather than metal mesh or strainer. (Muslin cheese-cloth will work nicely). Place 1-2 tablespoons of herbs into your chosen container. Pour on hot water (it does not have to be boiling). Allow to steep 5-10 minutes. (Longer is OK). Add a twist of lemon & a dab of active Manuka honey if you wish. Drink the tea hot, warm or cold, 2-3 cups per day. Take a moment. Relax. You're worth it!
