This delicious, soothing tea contains herbs known to hold anti-fungal actions which may help relieve discomfort such as vaginal itching.


Barberry  (Berberis vulgaris) - this antimicrobial herb may assist in modifying bowel flora and has been shown to be active against Candida albicans. NOTE: This herb is not suitable to consume during pregnancy, so if you are pregnant or think you may be, please let me know when you order, and I will replace this herb with Chamomile.

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) - has shown anti-fungal, antiviral and antibacterial properties.

Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) – contain the phenols carvacrol and thymol, among others, which are highly anti-fungal in nature, as well as antimicrobial, antioxidant, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory.

Echinacea angustifolia – supports the immune system and has anti-candida properties.

Lemon Grass (Cymbopogon citratus) -  has shown anti-fungal, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.

Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) – has shown effective anti-microbial and anti-fungal actions.

Oregano (Origanum vulgare) - with anti-fungal and anti-bacterial actions, this herb may be helpful for gastro-intestinal candidiasis and to modify bowel flora

Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) - is lesser known for its properties as an anti-fungal, antiviral and antibacterial, although its benefits have been demonstrated in studies.

This delicious tea can be drunk hot, warm or iced.
